Mingda ,Huizhou Mingda, introduces a family of transinductor voltage regulators (TLVRs) for high-reliability, industrial-grade power electronics applications.
These TLVRs include AHA series TLVT coupling inductors, L10142 series compensation inductors and SLA2843B series in LC circuits used in TLVR applications.
The AHA3740A is a ferrite-based TLVR inductor with low core loss and an inductance range of 70-150 nH with tunable values. This product provides high current output chokes up to 125A with approximately 20% droop.

This compact component has a maximum height of 10 mm and dimensions of 9.6 x 6.4 mm. Narrow body versions of TLVR chokes, such as the AHA40475A and AHA47475A series, are designed specifically for future 4 x 6 mm power stages.
The SLA2843B is a low core loss ferrite based SMD inductor suitable for LC power rails in TLVR circuits. The component has an inductance range from 60 to 420 nanohenry and can be customized. The SLA2843B provides a high current output inductor of up to 165A with approximately 20% droop, a maximum height of 11mm and dimensions of 7 x 6.7mm.
